Fact will never contradict faith when we place fact and faith in a right relationship to each other.
Life cannot be explained, yet it is unintelligent to deny it for everywhere we look there is evidence of it. It would be less than intelligent to deny life, love, reason, beauty, truth, or God.
Humanity has never been defeated. It rises triumphant over the ashes of every dead hope and aspires anew to the highest heaven.
We constantly discard old ideas and take on new and better ones. The mind gives us no rest. The instinct urges us on. The intuition draws us upward.
Antiquity reveals what we might have done; current events portray our present states of thought; the possibility of the future is already inherent in our imagination.
The more we use any force of nature, the more of that force there is available to use. There is no law of nature that has ever been exhausted, and no man will ever find an end or a limitation to a law.
That about any science which cannot be analyzed is the source from which and in which arises, and from which emerges, that form, that event or activity which science does analyze. This is but another way of saying that we see what lives but we do not see life.
Ignorance is the only sin there is. It creates hell, devils, limitation, and sickness.
New times demand new meanings, new interpretations. The old always repudiates the new because it is afraid of it. Let the dead past bury its dead.
